#035 – Friday Fix: 5 New Year’s Resolutions That Will Make You Mentally Stronger
It’s no secret that most resolutions don’t work. In fact, most are abandoned by mid-January.
Yet, most people continue to establish resolutions year after year hoping that somehow, this will be the year that they actually create change.
So I thought I’d use today’s episode to explain why most resolutions don’t work. But I don’t tell you this to discourage you from making a goal. Instead, I want to help you succeed in making 2021 different.
Today, I’m sharing five resolutions that will help you build mental strength in 2021. You can perform these alongside other resolutions (like ones that will help you get healthier or improve your relationships) or you could make one (or more) of these as our stand-alone resolutions.
The good news is, all five are pretty quick, simple, and easy to do. And I bet, once you start doing them, you’ll actually like them!
