As a therapist, I’ve seen how therapy can be a powerful tool that helps people transform their lives. But, therapy isn’t the only way to improve your mental health. There are many other ways that don’t involve talking.
 
Whether you’re not interested in therapy, you didn’t find it helpful, or therapy isn’t accessible, you don’t need to see a professional to start feeling better. There are many other science-backed strategies for improving mental health and reducing mental illness.
