There’s tons of advice out there about mental health. But not all of it is good advice. In fact, some common tips that get widely shared on social media on how to reduce depression and anxiety or improve mental health are downright unhealthy.
Fortunately, there are some simple but effective ways to improve your mental health. Today, I’m sharing 10 things you can do today to build mental strength and improve your mental health. Some of the things I talk about are:
