Gabe Howard is a mental health advocate, speaker, and host of several podcasts, including Inside Bipolar. He was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2003 and has since become an outspoken advocate for mental health awareness and education. Gabe is also the author of the book “Mental Illness as an Asshole and Other Observations.”
Gabe shares his personal journey with bipolar disorder and highlights the importance of normalizing mental health issues.
