Accomplished singer and songwriter Madeline Merlo has made it her mission to remove the stigma associated with mental health issues. She has a history of panic attacks, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. And she’s learned the importance of seeking help, getting proactive about managing her symptoms, and making healthy lifestyle changes.
