Decision fatigue occurs when we become mentally exhausted from making numerous decisions throughout the day. As a result, we make poorer decisions because our brains are just too tired to think.
 
Fortunately, there are steps you can take to prevent yourself from getting mentally exhausted. Here are five simple strategies that can prevent decision fatigue.
